You're here because you're not sure what's next for you. You've realised that drinking isn't doing you any good any more but you don't know what life looks like without it. Doesn't everybody drink? What will people think? Was it really that bad?
You suspect there's more to life than coping, and you're right!
You can learn how to relax without numbing out. You can learn how to celebrate without raising a glass, and how to mourn as well. You can connect with friends and strangers without the buffer of drinking. You can flirt and have sex without it; you can even dance sober!
One-on-one coaching is perfect for you if you aren’t sure about group meetings, if you don’t know what path you’re following yet, or if you have privacy concerns.
Are you ready?
Let's have a short call to find out what choices you have.

What does a recovery coach offer you?
My training and experience with recovery, psychology, neurology, and self-development are combined with compassion and natural leadership, so I can help you get back in touch with your better self quickly, and you know you’re never being judged. Having a safe person to talk to allows you to heal and the careful question-and-answer sessions will get you moving in the right direction again.
Training
I'm a She Recovers Certified Coach. I've had professional training including motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioural therapy, rational emotive behavioural therapy, and tools for self empowerment, as well as skills for facilitating group support meetings. I've studied with the International Association of Professional Recovery Coaches, SMART Recovery, and the NICABM.
Experience
The first time I quit drinking I was 20 years old, and I was 44 when I finally put it down for good. Since then I’ve helped over a hundred people in small groups and one on one. I know where you’ve been, and I know for sure you don’t have to stay there. I'm not an academic seeing your situation as a textbook exercise. I can see the amazing future waiting for you.
Personality
Quality listening, compassion, thoughtful questions, pattern recognition, gentle yet unwavering accountability. You’ve figured out a lot already, and you could use a little push on your journey. A reality check, another way of looking at it, a way out of the circle of thoughts chasing around in your mind. That’s where I come in.
